Here are the registration procedures, depending on the type of training you have chosen or your student status.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Students in Initial Training<\/strong>, registration is done online as follows:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Obtain a <strong>CVEC certificate<\/strong> from CROUS via <a href=\"https:\/\/cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr\/\">https:\/\/cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr\/<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are <strong>registering for the first time<\/strong> at the Universit\u00e9 d&#8217;Artois, log on to the University&#8217;s<strong>online registration<\/strong> platform at <a href=\"https:\/\/scolweb.univ-artois.fr\/iaprimo\/ident1.jsf\">https:\/\/scolweb.univ-artois.fr\/iaprimo\/ident1.jsf<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you were <strong>already registered<\/strong> at the Universit\u00e9 d&#8217;Artois <strong>last year<\/strong>, please <strong>re-register <\/strong><em>(from July 17)<\/em> via <a href=\"https:\/\/scolweb.univartois.%20fr\/noncas_iareins\/etapes\/identification.jspx\">https:\/\/scolweb.univartois. fr\/noncas_iareins\/etapes\/identification.jspx<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>In both cases<\/strong>, the documents required to validate the registration must be submitted via <a href=\"https:\/\/scolweb.univ-artois.fr\/pjweb\/page\/login.jsf\">https:\/\/scolweb.univ-artois.fr\/pjweb\/page\/login.jsf<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Student on sandwich course<\/strong>,<sup data-fn=\"ce0df112-9b43-4da5-a724-3b2a180e98e2\" class=\"fn\"><a href=\"#ce0df112-9b43-4da5-a724-3b2a180e98e2\" id=\"ce0df112-9b43-4da5-a724-3b2a180e98e2-link\">1<\/a><\/sup> registration is by application :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Obtain a <strong>CVEC certificate<\/strong> from CROUS via <a href=\"https:\/\/cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr\/\">https:\/\/cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr\/<\/a> (except in the case of a professionalization contract).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>registration pack<\/strong> will be sent to you by <strong>post<\/strong> if you have found your company and notified the IUT apprenticeship department.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you wish to<strong> re-enroll<\/strong>, the application form will be sent to you <strong>by e-mail from September 5.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>International students<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<p>Since the start of the 2022-2023 academic year, the Universit\u00e9 d&#8217;Artois has introduced <strong>differentiated registration fees<\/strong> for international students from <strong>countries outside the European Union<\/strong> when they register for the first time at the Universit\u00e9 d&#8217;Artois in BUT, Licence and Licence professionnelle. <strong>This year&#8217;s fee is \u20ac2,895<\/strong>. Fees can be <strong>paid in<\/strong> <strong>5<\/strong> <strong>instalments<\/strong>, with <strong>an initial payment of 30%<\/strong> of the total amount due <em>(only possible by credit card)<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contact the schooling department by email scolarite.iutbethune@univ-artois.fr to make an appointment to register.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The following documents are required to finalize your registration: original diplomas, transcripts, passport, study visa, birth certificate, CVEC certificate <a href=\"http:\/\/(https:\/\/cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr\/\">https:\/\/cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr\/<\/a> and a passport photo.
