Below are the enrollment procedures based on the chosen program or student status. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Students in Initial Training<\/strong>, registration is done online as follows:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Obtain a <strong>CVEC certificate<\/strong> from CROUS via <a href=\"https:\/\/cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr\/\">https:\/\/cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr\/<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If this is your <strong>first time enrolling<\/strong> at the University of Artois, log in to the university&#8217;s<strong>online registration<\/strong> platform at <a href=\"https:\/\/scolweb.univ-artois.fr\/iaprimo\/ident1.jsf\">https:\/\/scolweb.univ-artois.fr\/iaprimo\/ident1.jsf starting July 8 .<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you were <strong>already registered<\/strong> at the Universit\u00e9 d&#8217;Artois <strong>last year<\/strong>, please <strong>re-register <\/strong><em>(from July 17)<\/em> via <a href=\"https:\/\/scolweb.univartois. fr\/noncas_iareins\/etapes\/identification.jspx\">https:\/\/scolweb.univartois. fr\/noncas_iareins\/etapes\/identification.jspx<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>In both cases<\/strong>, the documents required to validate the registration must be submitted via <a href=\"https:\/\/scolweb.univ-artois.fr\/pjweb\/page\/login.jsf\">https:\/\/scolweb.univ-artois.fr\/pjweb\/page\/login.jsf<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Student on apprenticeship program<\/strong>,<sup data-fn=\"ce0df112-9b43-4da5-a724-3b2a180e98e2\" class=\"fn\"><a href=\"#ce0df112-9b43-4da5-a724-3b2a180e98e2\" id=\"ce0df112-9b43-4da5-a724-3b2a180e98e2-link\">1<\/a><\/sup> registration is by application :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Obtain a <strong>CVEC certificate<\/strong> from CROUS via <a href=\"https:\/\/cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr\/\">https:\/\/cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr\/<\/a> (except in the case of a professionalization contract).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An <strong>application packet<\/strong> will <strong>be mailed to<\/strong> you starting July 13, provided you have submitted a letter of intent for a work-study position to the IUT&#8217;s apprenticeship office.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are<strong> re-enrolling<\/strong>, the application materials will be sent to you <strong>by email starting July 9<\/strong> for students in the Initial Training program for the 2025\u20132026 academic year. For students in the apprenticeship program for the 2025\u20132026 academic year, the application materials will be sent to you <strong>by email starting September 5<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This application must be submitted <strong>by email<\/strong> <strong>no later than September 30<\/strong>, along with the <strong>documents required to confirm your <\/strong>registration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>International Students<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since the start of the 2022\u20132023 academic year, the University of Artois has implemented differentiated tuition fees for international students from countries outside the European Union. <strong>Tuition fees for the 2025\u20132026 academic year amounted to \u20ac2,895.<\/strong> The university does not grant any exemptions upon your arrival. <strong>You may pay the<\/strong> tuition fees in <strong>five installments<\/strong>, with <strong>an initial payment of 30%<\/strong> of the total amount due <em>(payable by credit card only)<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please contact the Registrar&#8217;s Office by email at scolarite.iutbethune@univ-artois.fr starting August 25 to schedule an appointment to complete your registration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The following documents are required to finalize your registration: original diplomas, transcripts, passport, study visa, birth certificate, CVEC certificate <a href=\"http:\/\/(https:\/\/cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr\/\">https:\/\/cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr\/<\/a> and a passport photo.
