From July 4, 2025 – 2:00 pm – prospective students can register at the IUT. Here are the registration procedures, depending on the type of training you have chosen or your student status.
Students in Initial Training, registration is done online as follows:
- Obtain a CVEC certificate from CROUS via https://cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr/
- If you are registering for the first time at the Université d’Artois, log on to the University’sonline registration platform at https://scolweb.univ-artois.fr/iaprimo/ident1.jsf
- If you were already registered at the Université d’Artois last year, please re-register (from July 17) via https://scolweb.univartois. fr/noncas_iareins/etapes/identification.jspx
- In both cases, the documents required to validate the registration must be submitted via https://scolweb.univ-artois.fr/pjweb/page/login.jsf.
Student on sandwich course,1 registration is by application :
- Obtain a CVEC certificate from CROUS via https://cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr/ (except in the case of a professionalization contract).
- A registration pack will be sent to you by post if you have found your company and notified the IUT apprenticeship department.
- If you wish to re-enroll, the application form will be sent to you by e-mail from September 5.
International students:
Since the start of the 2022-2023 academic year, the Université d’Artois has introduced differentiated registration fees for international students from countries outside the European Union when they register for the first time at the Université d’Artois in BUT, Licence and Licence professionnelle. This year’s fee is €2,895. Fees can be paid in 5 instalments, with an initial payment of 30% of the total amount due (only possible by credit card).
- Contact the schooling department by email scolarite.iutbethune@univ-artois.fr to make an appointment to register.
- The following documents are required to finalize your registration: original diplomas, transcripts, passport, study visa, birth certificate, CVEC certificate https://cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr/ and a passport photo. All documents must be translated into French.
