Starting at 2:00 p.m. on July 8, 2026, prospective students can enroll at the IUT. Below are the enrollment procedures based on the chosen program or student status.

Students in Initial Training, registration is done online as follows:

Student on apprenticeship program,1 registration is by application :

  • Obtain a CVEC certificate from CROUS via https://cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr/ (except in the case of a professionalization contract).
  • An application packet will be mailed to you starting July 13, provided you have submitted a letter of intent for a work-study position to the IUT’s apprenticeship office.
  • If you are re-enrolling, the application materials will be sent to you by email starting July 9 for students in the Initial Training program for the 2025–2026 academic year. For students in the apprenticeship program for the 2025–2026 academic year, the application materials will be sent to you by email starting September 5.
  • This application must be submitted by email no later than September 30, along with the documents required to confirm your registration.

International Students:

Since the start of the 2022–2023 academic year, the University of Artois has implemented differentiated tuition fees for international students from countries outside the European Union. Tuition fees for the 2025–2026 academic year amounted to €2,895. The university does not grant any exemptions upon your arrival. You may pay the tuition fees in five installments, with an initial payment of 30% of the total amount due (payable by credit card only).

  • Please contact the Registrar’s Office by email at scolarite.iutbethune@univ-artois.fr starting August 25 to schedule an appointment to complete your registration.
  • The following documents are required to finalize your registration: original diplomas, transcripts, passport, study visa, birth certificate, CVEC certificate https://cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr/ and a passport photo. All documents must be translated into French.
