How to register
Several types of mobility are offered at the IUT:
- Erasmus+ study stays at partner universities
- Erasmus+ industrial internships with companies
- study semester abroad
- internship abroad (Japan…)
- international hybrid intensive programs
Mobility takes place in the 2nd year of the B.U.T (semester 4) for 8 to 12 weeks, or in the 3rd year (semester 6) for 12 to 16 weeks.

Eramus+ Study Grant
The Erasmus+ grant can be awarded to students wishing to spend part of their studies in a foreign European country, at a higher education institution or as part of an inter-institutional exchange. The amount varies according to the type of mobility (studies or internships) and the country of destination.
Erasmus+ Internship grant
To qualify for an Erasmus+ grant for an internship, the internship must be related to the degree and integrated into the study program. The internship can take place in any organization, anywhere in the world (except EU institutions and agencies). The amount varies according to the country of destination.
Mermoz International Mobility Grant
The Mermoz international mobility grant is awarded by the Hauts-de-France region to help students undertake an internship, training course, research laboratory experience, etc. abroad. The amount of the grant varies according to the student’s profile, family income, living conditions abroad, travel expenses…
Ledoux grant
The Fondation Pierre Ledoux – Jeunesse Internationale awards mobility grants to students, according to several criteria: resources, age, destination country, academic results…
International Mobility Assistance (AMI)
The Aide à la Mobilité Internationale (AMI) enables students to pursue higher education or an internship abroad, subject to the following conditions: length of stay between 2 and 9 consecutive months, social criteria, degree being prepared, destination country and local cost of living…

In addition to Erasmus+ (studies and internships), IUT de Béthune also organizes student exchanges with partner universities. We welcome foreign students to our campus.
During the intensive programs, we offer themed weeks for discussions on specific topics (green chemistry, nutrition, etc.).
