The University Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering and Sustainable Construction Design course covers all sectors of activity related to building and public works. Its aim is to certify senior technicians with strong technological skills, but also familiar with the non-technological aspects of the profession, such as project management. They are intended to work at project management level (design offices). Their skills cover all construction techniques, from building stability to thermal, acoustic and visual comfort, from the choice of materials to the definition of technical processes.
Holders of a B.U.T. Civil Engineering-Sustainable Construction Design Office course work in all building and public works companies. The diploma prepares students for a wide variety of professions, which can be classified into three main areas depending on the context of the activity and the objectives pursued: project management; project supervision; and site organization and management. This course is aimed more specifically at careers in design offices in the building and public works sector.

– Beginners : Site manager, Draughtsman, BIM modeller, Design/ quantity survey/quotation technician, Structural technician, Fluids/energy technician, Laboratory technician, QSE technician, Assistant or assistant site manager.
– After 2 or 3 years’ experience: Works Supervisor, Project Manager.
For admission to 1st year
General scientific or technological BAC
DAEU or equivalent diploma.
For admission to 2nd or 3rd year, you must hold a first or 2nd year scientific degree.
