Objectives and opportunities
The aim of the Applied Nutrition Professional Degree is to enable students to acquire :
– solid knowledge of the ‘eating well’ argument and food.
– skills in the agri-food sector, project methodology and nutritional prevention. Graduates will be eligible for positions as :
- quality manager in the food industry,
- project supervisor
- research and development technician,
- prevention project managers,
- marketing or customer relations advisor for the food industry,
- clinical research technician,
- responsible for preparing menus and monitoring quality,
- nutrition and food education advisor.
Prerequisites
Holder of a Bac +2 (120 ECTS), in particular :
– DUT in Biological Engineering
– BTS in Dietetics, Agriculture, Quality in the food industry, Biochemistry,
– Biotechnology, Biological Analysis
– Validated L2 in Life Sciences
